The message is that the business I started ten years ago is run by an individual, not a corporate with many different directors you can't get hold of, or staff that never answer the phone. A mobile number and a direct line to someone that can get things moving or deal with problems promptly.

Whilst the industry has changed significantly since I started it is always refreshing to hear feedback from clients that they still appreciate the basics 🌲
